- Vehicle condition assessment and restoration plan
The first step in our process is a thorough analysis of the car’s condition. We assess every element – from the bodywork, through the mechanics, to the interior. Next, we create a detailed restoration plan that takes into account the car’s needs and the owner’s expectations. If the restoration is commissioned by the car owner, at this stage, we consult with them to ensure that every detail aligns with their vision.
2 Disassembly and Documentation
Once the plan is approved, we proceed with the disassembly of the vehicle. Each part is carefully described, photographed, and archived, allowing us to precisely recreate the car’s original layout. This ensures that we have full control over the process and can guarantee that no detail will be overlooked.

In the next step, we focus on the vehicle’s mechanics. The engine, gearbox, braking system – all of these components are repaired, refurbished, or replaced with new ones, according to the original technical specifications. If parts are hard to find, we are able to
4. Body work and painting
After the mechanics, it’s time for the bodywork. We remove all corrosion, repair defects and recreate the original body lines. Then the car goes to our painting department, where we precisely select colors, often consistent with the original paint from the era. The entire painting process is carried out while maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure durability and aesthetic finish.
5. Interior finishing and final assembly
The last stage is work on the interior and assembly of the vehicle. We recreate upholstery, refresh wooden elements, and renovate all details such as clocks, steering wheel and audio system. After assembling everything, we carry out quality tests to make sure that the vehicle not only looks like new, but is also fully functional and ready to go.
